This website is dedicated to publicising a Conference entitled 'Art, Politics and Church: Celebrating George Bell', which is to be held in Chichester in June 2008.

In 2008 the 50th Anniversary of the death of George Kennedy Allen Bell will be commemorated in various ways in Chichester and elsewhere.

This conference is being organised to celebrate his memory; it will be hosted by the University of Chichester and Chichester Cathedral between the 23rd - 25th June.
